Our Aftercare Plans give you fast, flexible access to our team, priority response times, and pricing that reflects the type and urgency of work so you always know where you stand and what to expect.

What if you don't opt for an Aftercare plan?

Without a monthly Aftercare plan in place, all support requests will be charged at our Pay-As-You-Go rates with a minimum charge of one hour per request. Requests are scheduled around Aftercare plan clients who take priority.

Reduced Rates

Even after any included monthly support time has been used, clients on Aftercare plans continue to benefit from priority scheduling and big reductions on our Pay-As-You-Go rates.

High Priority Work

We recognise that sometimes work needs completing ‘yesterday’, so we offer a range of simple premiums to help you budget, based on your project’s urgency. Premiums are discretionary for clients on the Aftercare Growth plan and do not apply to clients on Aftercare Scale and Custom plans.

The small print

* Unused hours do not roll over each month. Monthly support time includes content edits, image swaps, blog uploads and basic layout adjustments. Larger or more complex changes, including website / graphic design, and web development are scoped and quoted separately.

** Each additional website covered includes separate QA, deployment and communication requirements. Additional sites are billed at a flat monthly supplement and share the included hours unless otherwise agreed.

*** We always aim to accommodate your timeline; however, availability is subject to our project schedule, and Aftercare plan clients are given priority.

For all monthly Aftercare payment packages there are two payment options: Monthly via direct debit or Quarterly in advance for the Growth, Scale and Custom Plans, and, annually upfront for the Essential Plan.

The minimum Aftercare contract is 12 months.

Our standard payment terms for Pay-As-You-Go services is 14 days.
