Re-designing the website for medac Pharma’s urology brand.
medac Pharma approached Genetic Digital as they wanted to improve the user journey for both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients visiting the bc-care.co.uk website. The site provides the two audiences with information about non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and supporting product related content aimed at UK HCPs.
The existing site structure and UI made finding information on the site difficult and the content was poorly organised, which meant that visitors would struggle to know what specific information could be found on the site.
We developed the navigation and site map to be more straight forward, providing clear and obvious routes for HCPs and patients to access the right content aimed at them.
From a design perspective we developed a more contemporary front-end, making sure that the colours, fonts and imagery used matched the tight brand guidelines that we had to adhere to.
The site was built on the WordPress platform and integrated with our easy to use page editing tools, allowing the marketing function to make updates to the site quickly and easily.
