Project Description

InHealth is a specialist provider of diagnostic, radiology and medical screening solutions to hospitals, the NHS and private healthcare service providers.

The business has continued to grow and change over recent years and their website was no longer communicating the right information to the right audience groups. A new website needed to better represent the InHealth brand and its place in the healthcare economy, communicating with both patients and healthcare professionals via desktop and mobile platforms.

Our Solution

A very short timeframe had been set to deliver the new website so a strategy was developed to phase the delivery of all key components in line with the deadline. A photography brief was developed to ensure that bespoke imagery could be included within the website creating an individual brand style to complement the new user interface designs. A flexible technical implementation enabled information to be presented to site visitors in a number of different ways with updates and changes implemented by all members of the client team.

  • Conduct research and develop end-user journey maps
  • Map, wireframe and test new website structure
  • Produce bespoke technical specifications
  • Develop bespoke technical components
  • Design user interface (UI) representations
  • Produce fully compliant, search engine optimised templates
  • Compile new website in content management system
  • Test, launch & maintain
